Tanggungjawab

Human Resource

Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including but not limited to Payroll, Recruitment, Training & Development,

Keep up to date with the latest HR laws and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures according to the law, latest trends, and best practices.
Perform recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting a reference check, interview, issuing employment contracts and performing orientations.
Manage the organization’s employee database and update records of new staff.
Prepare yearly budget monitoring and payroll.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Liaise with HODs of the respective business unit and recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Compile, produce, prepare, and submit reports and analyses on HR activities periodically.
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Administration

Provide, promote, maintain, and organize efficient and effective management of the Operation Office at all times.
Responsible for the full office administration function inclusive but not limited to managing, preparing and compiling comprehensive, accurate and swiftly internal and external reports, presentations, research, analysis, documents, and correspondence.
Proofread, manage and handle correspondences and documents, set up a work plan and prioritize tasks. Execute follow-up action to deliver and meet deadlines.
Ensure efficient, effective and maintain systematic administrative information and assistance by creating and organizing record keeping and filing of all information and documentation and generating reference tools for easy use and reference.
Responsible for managing, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining efficiently the operation’s calendar inclusive but not limited to meetings, appointments, conferences, and events and travel arrangements.
Prepare, compile, coordinate and arrange meeting materials, tools, and facilities for scheduled meetings, appointments, conferences, and events. Prepare refreshments and minutes taking as and when required.
Answers, screens and directs internal and external telephone calls, letters, memos and faxes to designated departments.
Provide and maintain office and operations support and office facilities set-up, always ensure presentable office set-up and tidiness.
Operate, monitor, order, purchase, and maintain office equipment, suppliers, and replacements ensuring office and operations is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Prepare, generate, issue and update Purchase Order etc. Follow-up supplies to be sent according to urgency and within the estimated time.
Prepare, manage and follow-up application and renewal of all required documentation including but not limited to insurance, permit, licenses, tender submission etc.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and promoting company events.
Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
To perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS

Malaysian, age 30 to 40 years old.
Must be disciplined and punctual, good moral character (patient, responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, efficient, reliable, flexible) with a pleasant personality.
Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resource at an executive level with thorough knowledge and a strong understanding of Labour Law, employment regulations, HR functions and best practices is required.
Excellent written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Must be computer literate with knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation and ability to produce periodic reports.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English with people management skills and strong problem-solving skills. Able to communicate with various levels of people including staff, tenants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, service providers and local authorities. Able to conserve in other languages is an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in managing documents, filing and record-keeping skills with strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with good planning and execution skills.
Able to prioritize workload and deliver to tight deadlines and work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Priority will be given to those who can join immediately or with short notice.
