Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Manage factory staff and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
- Monitor and improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet business objectives.
