Kelayakan
- At least minimum 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office/ Residential Fit-out projects.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language.
- Contract basis position only available.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, AutoCad (advantage).
- Must have own transport
- Be able to work at night/ weekends
- Knowledge of construction drawings and BQ
- Good in project organization and time management skills.
- Good in communication and coordination skills with internal team, clients and vendors.
- Independant and reliable
Tanggungjawab
- Execute & Supervise works according to construction drawings/ BQ.
- Report /update daily to HOD on site work progress/ issues related to site/manpower.
- Supervise site workers at project site to ensure the work is complete according to construction drawings and work schedule; ensure quality and work safety requirements are met.
- Prepare project schedule, weekly site report, building management submission document for project.
- Attend site meeting with internal team, contractors and clients to report on project/ work progress; execute necessary action required to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met.
- Ensure proper document and record keeping in Project department.
- Handle and safe keep equipment and material used at project site to prevent damage/ lost.
