We are looking for a fun, friendly & motivated individual to join our team as Retail Assistant (Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur) – a key figure in the overall offline brand experience. You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

Prior experience in customer-facing role recommended, not required – but affinity with the brand and passion for service is necessary.

Skills & Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong tea player.
• Able to converse fluently in English.
• Able to commit to at least 3 days a week, including day on the weekend.
• Positive energy and approachable, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Understanding the brand aesthetics and values.
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months.
