Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least one of the following qualifications: Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Executive level candidates should have at least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
  • Preferably candidates specializing in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
  • Must have the skills of adaptability, positive attitude, growth mindset, team player, thoroughness, responsive and know-how to manage priorities.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily export and import ocean and air shipments, including booking, documentation, and other related tasks.
  • Coordinate with terminal operators, slot owners, ocean carriers, co-loaders, truckers, warehouses, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment and delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and proofread ocean freight forwarding documents, including House Bill of Lading, Master Bill of Lading, insurance certificates, and other shipping documents accurately and timely according to client requirements.
  • Work with clients, ocean carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to verify and finalize all freight forwarding documents.
  • Follow up on shipment departure dates to complete the documentation process.
  • Send pre-alerts to clients and overseas agents upon shipment departure.
  • Handle pre-alerts from agents and coordinate with overseas agents, local vendors, and clients regarding quotations and shipment arrangements.
  • Sort and upload all documents and shipment data into internal and external systems as required.
  • Use Westports and Northport systems to execute shipments promptly.
  • Escalate key matters to the reporting manager.
  • Prepare monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Handle any additional tasks necessary for shipment clearance.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Management.
