Kelayakan
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English (to cope with school subjects and syllabus)
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin (Mandatory).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent certificate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field preferred.
- Passion in education & love children and have strong understanding of early childhood development practices.
Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate with supervisors to plan and execute developmentally appropriate programs and activities for children.
- Adapt teaching work plans/programs to meet the needs and interests of the children in the classroom.
- Ensure all teaching hardware and software are in place and in top condition before and after each class.
- Maintain and organize teaching materials and resources to support effective teaching and learning.
- Execute appropriate activities outlined in the standard operating procedures, fostering children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Administer care and concern for children, maintaining a nurturing and supportive classroom environment.
- Handle and control customers' property, including children's personal belongings, to ensure no misplacement or loss.
- Ensure safe, healthy, and hygienic activities are conducted on a regular basis, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
