Kelayakan
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- At least possess SPM or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Attention to detail, basic math skills, and customer service skills.
- Passionate, hardworking, initiative, and trustworthy worker.
- Can speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantages.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle customer payments via cash, card, and e-wallets.
- All accounts must be up-to-date from time to time as no money should go missing from the drawer or account.
- Sharp, precise and very careful in handling the job.
- Hardworking and positive in all instruction given.
- Responsible to retail selling.
- Count and check collection of the day and submit to cashier head.
- Process sales (scan and pack products into bags etc) according to procedure.
- Ensure accurate billing and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and basic product information.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store supervisor or manager.
