Kelayakan

Diploma-Bachelor's Degree
23-35
  • Candidate must prossess at least Diploma and above
  • Must have min 2 years experience in related field
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Tanggungjawab

  • Be a brand ambassador and actively promote Ricebowl.MY and Maukerja.MY as the Ideal Talent Partner to customers both existing and new.
  • Provide great customer experience through consultative approach
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.
  • Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
  • Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
  • Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc.
