- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, essential for engaging with board members, international companies, and local clients.
- Computer literate with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ePerolehan and government tender processes is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A professional demeanor, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Tanggungjawab
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including organizing files, managing correspondence, and overseeing daily operations.
- Oversee daily office functions such as filing, preparing documentation, submitting documents (online and physically), managing claims, handling inquiries, and mail management.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a public relations liaison, building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Attend meetings with senior staff to take minutes, assist the team, and liaise with clients.
- Occasionally required to work outside normal hours for deadlines, emergencies, or board meetings when shareholders are in Malaysia.
