Tanggungjawab

Procurement Excellence

  • Assist in the entire procurement process: sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and managing documents like PR, PO, and DO.
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement records.
  • Oversee company assets, ensuring proper tagging, maintenance and disposal as needed.

Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process supplier payments and promptly address any discrepancies in compliance with company policies.

Finance & Accounts Administration

  • Support the accounts team by preparing quotations and invoices and performing data entry and expense tracking using the company’s accounting system.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all supporting documents are accurately attached.

Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee daily shipping activities, ensuring timely delivery and collection of goods and important documents.

Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and gatherings, including managing logistics and food arrangements.

Other Administrative Duties

  • Provide support for daily office operations, prepare documentation, and handle employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to improving administrative processes for greater efficiency.
