Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as tour leader/tour guide for Western Region and with supervisory experience and with exposure in travel industry is an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Enjoy outdoors, loves to travel, with rich travelling experience, has a strong desire to explore travel destination.
- Cheerful and lively, with excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, like sharing and referral.
- Good in dealing & negotiate with international vendors, capable of doing routing research for long hours.
- Has a strong and spontaneous sense on market trend, teamworking, responsible and with good leadership skill
- Computer literate on MS Office Software, detail oriented person, ready and willing to meet various type of customers from different fields/industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, sound analytical skill and highly self-motivated
Tanggungjawab
- To develop new product package and expand company’s business according to business strategies and market requirement.
- To provide new routing resources & technical support to each business line.
- To develop new product and promotion strategies with respective department on product/marketing campaign.
- To implement content strategy, create and manage published contents to maximize brand visibility
- To collect and analyze customers’ needs, market information, and competitor’s business trend and build up comprehensive database to support company’s business strategies and goal.
