Kelayakan

 

  • Min possess SPM.
  • With at least 2 year relevant working experience in system testing.
  • Must be proficient in English & Mandarin: listening, reading, and writing.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meticulously plan and coordinate multiple calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics effectively.
  • Attention to details is crucial to ensure all aspects of the meetings are well-prepared and executed flawlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on language proficiency and accuracy.
  • The ability to produce error-free and high-quality documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials, is essential.
  • Attention should be given to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proper terminology usage to ensure professional and precise communication.
  • Proficiency in document management, including editing, proofreading, and formatting documents. High Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  • Strong MS office skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
  • Be honest, patient, detail-minded, well-organized, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

Tanggungjawab

  • Responsibilities provide support to admin & sales team, including administration and documentation works handle clients' inquiries and sales order follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Client and Internal teams on info/documentation preparations.
  • Provide administrative support to team.
  • Handle administrative work on data entry Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the project operate in smooth.
  • Monitor and review project progress, communicate with business partners on project status regularly.
  • Coordinate with project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Perform on-site coordination activities among our client and internal inspection teams.
  • Document Management: Edit, proofread, and format documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate document reviews and approvals, collect inputs from department heads/stakeholders, and incorporate changes as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date electronic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Communication and Collaboration : Communicate effectively and professionally through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions to address queries, provide updates, and seek necessary information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teams across different departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of tasks and projects.
