Experience in food processing manufacturing industry
Knowledge in ISO 2200 (Food Safety)

-Food Background
· Monitor production process and maintenance activities within premise
· Responsible for the set-up of new production lines
· Lead the line operators to achieve all the production target
· Manage workflow by assigning tasks based on schedule
· To ensure efficient utilization of manpower and allocated resources
· To ensure product quality and food safety standards are complied with
· Coordinate to implement food safety and quality management system
· Train and develop workers on process changes or new production line
. To ensure raw materials /packaging materials are sufficient for production use
. Strong leadership skill & multitask
