Kelayakan

  • SPM or Graduate/Diploma in Administration, Account, HR, or relevant certification.
  • Strong work ethic and service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up to date with services, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with e-invoice systems or accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Tanggungjawab

  • Accountable for maintaining a full set of accounts and financial accounting reports.
  • Assist in monitoring cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and ensure accurate entries in the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting e-invoice documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the site production operations team, customers, and suppliers to resolve financial accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with auditors and tax agents on account and tax-related issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and share the aging report with relevant sales representatives.
  • Prepare and send monthly customer account statements.
  • Provide input for cost variance analysis, financial budgeting, and forecasting when required.
  • Prepare official memorandums or letters, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee leaves.
  • Handle company insurance renewals.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Contribute to any ad-hoc tasks related to financial accounting and business operations as required.
