  • Conflict resolution: Ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations calmly and professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media).
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information, including details about features, pricing, availability.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with management.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards in all customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
