Kelayakan

Job Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Tanggungjawab

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the schedule of the executive, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Screen and prioritize inquiries, requests, and phone calls.

Travel and Event Planning:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organize events, conferences, or business functions when required.

Personal Assistance:

  • Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed.
  • Assist in managing personal schedules, appointments, and commitments.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

  • Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide recommendations and insights for improving efficiency and productivity.

Other Duties:

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Stay updated on relevant company policies, industry trends, and best practices.
