Kelayakan
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires handling Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: 8am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
Tanggungjawab
- Process export orders efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct market research on competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Assist in product development and coordinate events.
- Promote Heveapac products and designs to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on product development.
- Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
