Kelayakan

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and HR management software.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mind-set and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Process payroll using Info-Tech system and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations and update employee data in the payroll system
  • Checking overtime claim and allowances
  • Checking on sales persons' commission
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for on boarding and off boarding, and ensure documentations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare HR employee letter & affair such as appointment letter and etc.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as Perkeso, KWSP, annual leave and medical leave.
  • Addressing employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage for tasking in related to immigration affair such as foreigner worker SOCSO, and etc.
  • Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of HR files, contracts, and agreements. Support compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.
  • To implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
