Kelayakan
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SaaS sales or consultative selling.
- Candidates must possess at least Degree
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Tech-savvy individual with the ability to connect the dots in restaurant operations; passion for the F&B industry/food is a plus.
- Driven and proactive with exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Engage with a variety of restaurants, highlighting the value and benefits of our company's solution.
- Deep dive into customers' businesses to understand their unique needs and leverage our system to optimize and streamline operations.
- Take a keen interest in fostering customers' business growth through our technology solutions.
- Showcase the benefits of our F&B tech o customers in a meaningful and accessible manner.
- Make F&B tech accessible, exciting, and relevant to business owners, especially those transitioning from legacy systems or no systems at all.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition and implementation of our system for customers.
- Gather valuable customer insights to inform our Tech Team's ongoing innovation efforts, ensuring the development of features that resonate with customers' needs.
