Kelayakan
- Possess SKM Level 3 in Beauty, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO certification.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- 2-3 years of experience in both the beauty industry and education field is an added advantage.
- Strong Communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to engage with students effectively.
- Passionate about the beauty industry, with a keen interest in current trends and advancements.
- Hands-on skills in facial therapy and makeup, is a plus.
- Ability to conduct practical training sessions and deliver theoretical lessons in an engaging manner.
- Passionate about educating and mentoring students in beauty-related skills.
- Willing to undergo in-house training to enhance beauty skills and competency.
- Patient, approachable, and motivated to inspire students in their learning journey.
Tanggungjawab
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on practical sessions for assigned beauty-related subjects and programs.
- Develop and assess student portfolios, tutorial exercises, and examination papers.
- Ensure engaging and effective delivery of lessons that align with industry standards.
- Conduct hands-on training
- Guide students through practical assessments to enhance their technical skills.
- Monitor and support student progress to ensure strong academic performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
- Adhere to academic policies and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge and teaching skills to enhance training quality.
