Kelayakan
- Must have work experience minimum 2 years.
- Able to converse in English.
- Passionate about the Beauty and Medical Aesthetics.
- Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
- Demonstrated Leadership, and Good Communication skills are essential.
- Positive mind set and good team work among colleagues.
- Highly sales driven.
Tanggungjawab
- To be on time for outlet opening and outlet closing when on duty.
- To perform various facials and aesthetic treatments such as lasers, slimming, radiofrequency device, to customers and follow treatment protocol
- To assist doctor doing various aesthetic procedures in the clinic including injectable procedures.
- To provide health & beauty advice and recommendation of company products and services to customers.
- Responsible to develop strong service quality and treatment measures.
- Ensure all areas of the clinic are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure personal cleanliness, well grooming and follow company uniform attire.
- Maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
- Ensure all spa, aesthetic devices and wellness equipment are maintained in good working order at all times.
- Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely in safety box, under lock and key.
- Able to achieve high performance and operational standards.
- To achieve or exceed any given sales target.
- To communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and superiors.
- To build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers.
- To provide excellent rapport and follow up with customers.
