Kelayakan
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or audit.
- Experience handling a full set of accounts independently is required.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of taxation (GST/SST, corporate tax), payroll processing, and financial reporting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial management.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- High sense of Responsibility, Confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage full set of accounts for multiple clients across various industries (retail, F&B, trading, etc.).
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax computations for compliance and decision-making.
- Prepare and oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Handle SST/GST submissions, corporate tax filing, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Supervise and review junior staff’s work to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in process improvements and implementation of best accounting practices.
- Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF).
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks as required.
