Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level with minimum 1 year of general maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic computer or Microsoft Office.
- Good in human relation and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to work independently and a team.
- Willing to attend emergencies after office hours.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Has own transport and valid driving license.
Tanggungjawab
- Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the dormitory units and facilities.
- Access to dormitory units with another staff for inspection purpose.
- Assist Resident Advisor in troubleshoot, repairs and improvements of dormitory units and facilities. Examples are installing of electrical outlets, switches, repairing shorts in wiring, repairing of fans and water leaks.
- Regular walk-around in the dormitory to ensure that all the dormitory’s amenities e.g. fans, washing machines, water pipes, fire-fighting equipment, etc. are in a serviceable condition.
- Assist in fire safety drills and familiarize workers with fire-fighting equipment, fire exits and assembly points.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedule as plan by Resident Advisor.
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safety of maintenance store and facilities.
- Responsible for maintenance equipment and tools.
- Assists the Resident Advisor in monitoring the maintenance inventories.
- Performs any other maintenance duties as assigned by the Resident Advisor or Accommodation Manager.
