Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/ LCCI or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in both Malaysia and Singapore accounting is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and need to communicate in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Compulsory to have IFRS knowledge.
- Required Skill(s): MS Word and MS Excel; administrative skills.

Tanggungjawab
- Manage full set of accounts for both JB and Singapore company.
- Oversee month-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Administer day to day operation of receipts and payments (AP & AR functions).
- Familiar with quarterly GST and SST computation and submission.
- Prepare payroll, claims, expenses, and statutory contribution.
- Fill in Employment Income, and claim government subsidy.
- Support purchase order and vehicle insurance.
- General administrative (eg: office maintenance / equipment / logistics etc) and adhoc duties.
- Liaise with external auditor for year-end closing of accounts and income tax timely submission.
- Implement and improve financial planning strategies to optimize company resources and financial stability.
- May require to travel to Singapore company twice a month.
- Experience in import & export tax is a plus.
