Kelayakan
- Minimum education: Diploma or Degree graduates.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Import/ Export environment, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Skills required: Supply Chain Management, International Trade Regulations
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Must be able to consume raw seafood and/or beef as part of business needs.
- Strong understanding of Import/Export processes and terminology.
- Strong understanding of international markets, consumer trends, and distribution networks.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an added value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers / clients and proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Tanggungjawab
- Familiar with export & import procedure.
- Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas inquiries.
- Working together with Manager to identify business/sales opportunity and promote company products and services.
- Assist the manager with order processing, including order confirmation and submission, shipment planning, and coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to the customers.
- Handling full set of Export/Import documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc.
- Liaise and follow-up with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world.
- Ability to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including sales, warehouses and forwarders.
- Experience in Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.
- To monitor & checking shipment document
- Coordinate between sales personnel, purchasing & production department for export & import shipment
- Work closely with production department to ensure smooth order processing until the goods delivery
- Any other tasks & duties assigned by the Superior/management from time to time.
