Kelayakan
- Achieve Diploma or Degree education in related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing environment, preferably in the seafood industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to consume raw seafood as part of business needs.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and terminology.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an added value.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
Tanggungjawab
- Process purchasing orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Responsible for price negotiation in line with the company's purchasing cost-saving objective.
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local & overseas suppliers.
- Maintain strong working relationships with our suppliers, both local and overseas.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & establish long-term purchasing arrangements with suppliers.
- To support supplier yearly evaluation, selection, and performance management-related processes and documentation.
- To perform 3-ways matching of PO, DO, and Invoices, maintain data in procurement systems or databases before submitting to Finance for payment
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
- To support ISO 9001 internal and external audit activities.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, suppliers' information, and documentation
- Attend meetings & trade shows if needed.
- Assist the manager for the marketing event if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
