Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Administration or any other related field or with 2- 3 years’ experience in Client Servicing in similar industry.
- Experience in Project Management with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, adaptable and must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines and an outstanding time management skill.
- Good presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and apply to the role effectively.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with clients by providing marketing advice.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to thoroughly understand and convey clients’ needs, ensuring the creation of campaigns that align with client requirements.
- Present innovative marketing ideas, project updates, and proposals to clients, addressing ad-hoc requests to enhance their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Oversee the coordination of marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Perform client servicing roles, comprehensive training will be provided.
- Maintain regular contact with clients throughout all stages of campaigns and projects, providing periodic feedback as required or agreed upon.
- Negotiate effectively with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure deadlines are met according to mutual agreements.
- Responsible to review, analyze and provide suggestions to clients based on the knowledge sharing by internal team.
