Kelayakan
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 year experience needed.
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing.
- Experience with branding, advertising, and market research.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts.
Tanggungjawab
- Analyze the target market, competitors, consumer needs, and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain the brand image, define brand positioning, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop marketing plans, including product promotions, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies, with clear target audiences and budgets.
- Utilize social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and user engagement online.
- Select appropriate advertising channels (such as TV, online ads, outdoor ads, etc.) and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team, provide market materials, product training, and customer support to help achieve sales goals.
- Collect and analyze marketing data, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize strategies and budget allocation.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through feedback and service enhancements.
- Develop and design creative marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, presentations, and other promotional content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
