Kelayakan
- Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Strong safety expertise and Administrative skills.
- Prior working experience related to A.P.A.D ICOP regulation is compulsory.
- Strong knowledge processed of APAD.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Self-starter with Good Communication and Interpersonal skill.
Tanggungjawab
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage both safety procedures and administrative tasks.
- Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, maintaining documentation, coordinating training, and overseeing general office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and events related to APAD initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships between different departments, teams, or organizations.
- Monitor changes of APAD providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on APAD-related issues, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners when needed.
- Allocating ad-hoc tasks that are on and off as needed.
