Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in production management, engineering, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Executive or similar role.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of production processes and operations.
- Experience in managing production schedules and timelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.

- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, develop and implement production schedules, coordinate all production activities and operations.
- Train and mentor production staff, ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time, monitor production performance and address any issues promptly, resolve any production-related issues or conflicts.
- Manage production budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality, implement and monitor quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports, present production findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement,
- Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of production equipment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Conduct regular production meetings to review progress and address concerns, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
