Kelayakan

  • Minimum education is  Certificates / Vocational / Diploma

Tanggungjawab

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

 HR Duties:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
  • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

 Malaysia E-Invoicing Duties:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of Malaysia’s e-invoicing system in compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely generation, submission, and reconciliation of e-invoices.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve e-invoicing-related issues.
  • Stay updated on changes in e-invoicing regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
  • Train staff on e-invoicing processes and tools as needed.
