Kelayakan
- Diploma or Degree in the hospitality and tourism industry, minimum 1-2 years working experience.
- Good command of English – both verbally and in writing – is essential.
- Proficient knowledge of PC operation and software applications, especially MS Office, E-mail, and the Internet as well as good typing skills.
- Working hours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for reservations both for individual and group travel requests of all travel-related requirements such as accommodation and flight tickets.
- Follow up finance-related transactions such as payment, invoice, CN, and DN.
- Maintaining excellent business relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Insert all relevant data into the Asian Trails administration system and file appropriately.
- Coordinate with the operations department with our offices in booking land services such as transportation, excursions, and tour guides.
