Kelayakan
- Able to speak in Mandarin and English.
- Minimum Education: SPM/UEC
- At least 1-2 years of Sales experience in the Beauty, Aesthetics, or Skincare Industry.
- Excellent Customer Service mindset with a passion for the Beauty Industry.
- Well-groomed and presentable to represent the brand.
- Self-driven and able to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Willing to learn and keep up with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
- Working hours: 10am-7pm
Tanggungjawab
- Actively promote and sell treatments to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers to drive repeat sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Offer after-sales support, including follow-ups and treatment recommendations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content or promotions that attract new customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep track of sales performance and provide reports to management.
- Attend company training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to contribute to a strong team environment.
