Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, or Operations Management
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Thorough knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry
Tanggungjawab
- Developing and implementing effective production plans to meet sales and customer demand
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, including managing workflows, monitoring performance, and problem-solving
- Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure a seamless production process
- Managing and developing a team of production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
