Kelayakan
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- 4-5 Years of Experience in Client Servicing, Project Management, and Proposal Preparation.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact for clients across multiple projects.
- Maintain Regular and Frequent Communication with Clients with a high sense of urgency.
- Work Closely with Teams to track and manage Project Timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Reports for clients.
- Understand Client Needs and translate requirements into Campaign Briefs.
- Handle Queries and Discussions with clients and teammates.
- Develop Expertise in Internal Tools, Processes, and Core Service Offerings, such as Web Development, Social Media Content Creation, and Ads Management.
- Assist in Preparing Quotations, Proposals, and Marketing Communication Materials.
- Identify Opportunities to Grow Existing Accounts and Secure New Accounts.
