Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
- College Degree or above, with a background in construction-related majors preferred;
- 1+ years of administrative work experience preferred;
- Possess good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
- Proficient in using office software, including Word and Excel;
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong ability to withstand pressure.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for purchasing office and living supplies for construction projects;
- Holds a driver's license, able to travel to and from construction sites, responsible for coordinating and arranging staff meals for projects;
- Responsible for daily office administrative tasks, including document management, meeting arrangements, and visitor reception;
- Assist in handling invoice organization and reimbursement related to construction projects;
- Responsible for communication and coordination with local personnel for projects, with priority given to those who have basic skills in daily communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

- Expenses such as fuel, parking fees, and toll charges incurred for work purposes will be reimbursed upon actual submission.
