Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or Degree in Corporate Admin, Laws, Accounting, or related fields, preferably with 2 years of working experience.
- Experienced candidates with a minimum of 5 years of working experience without certificates will also be considered.
- Fresh graduates with a good mindset and minimum second upper results are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
Purpose of the Job:
- To ensure that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements with corresponding documents.
Job Responsibilities:
- To follow up with the corporate secretary on resolutions with proper filing.
- To handle corporate administrative tasks.
- To ensure that all licenses are renewed or obtained within the timeframe.
- To correspond with external legal panels regarding sales purchase agreements and legal matters.
- To assist the company Managing Director with corporate administration and internal audit functions.
- To act as an internal auditor to ensure procedures and SOPs are complied with.
