Kelayakan
- Sales cum Marketing Manager - M&E Industry
- Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering and its equivalent.
- At least 3 or 5 years’ experience in Marketing M&E industry.
- A willingness to work remotely, outstation when required and possess own transport.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management
Tanggungjawab
- Marketing activities among all Mechanical & Engineering consultants & developers for company busduct and fire resistant cable.
- Create project pipeline, populate project pipeline & ensure project info up-to-date.
- Ensure good relationship and provide good service to customers, consultants & developers.
- Building close rapport with specifier to ensure company busduct & fire resistant cable is specified.
- Report marketing activities & latest project status to respective manager.
- To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible. (to cultivate continuous improvement mindset).
- To deliver the result within company value system. (to emphasize the importance of company value and behaviour expectation).
- And any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.
