Kelayakan
- Chance of Assistant Manager position,
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Strong Writing, Editing, and Proofreading Skills.
- Data-driven with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent Organizational and Project Management Skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute marketing plans for digital platforms, POSM, packaging materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with digital/media agencies to align with the company's brand vision and objectives.
- Oversee social media platforms, websites, and digital assets.
- Plan and manage content strategies in coordination with the content creator.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics for optimization.
- Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of POSM and packaging materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for external agencies, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Provide clear briefs and feedback to agencies for effective execution.
- Track KPIs for marketing activities, including digital campaigns, POSM distribution, and brand performance.
- Prepare reports for management review, offering insights into campaign outcomes.
- Propose data-driven recommendations for marketing strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Support export marketing efforts and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
