Kelayakan

  • Fluent in Malay and English (both spoken and written).
  • Diploma / STPM or Higher Qualification.
  • Minimum 1 Year of Working Experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with vendors and colleagues.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in procurement and administrative tasks.
  • Basic Understanding of Procurement Practices and Contract Negotiation.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.

Tanggungjawab

  • Managing office filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing expense reports
  • Coordinating office logistics like meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, like data entry and report preparation.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating office logistics, including meetings, travel arrangements, and events
  • Answering phone calls and managing email correspondence
  • Supporting with employee onboarding and administrative tasks

    Front Desk:
  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Answering phone calls and managing inquiries.
  • Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional appearance.

    Procurement:
  • Identifying and assessing procurement needs from different departments
  • Developing and implementing procurement plans and strategies
  • Creating and issuing purchase orders
  • Conducting market research and vendor evaluation
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing with vendors
  • Monitoring deliveries and ensuring compliance with purchase specifications
  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving any issues
  • Maintaining detailed procurement records and reports
  • Ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and compliance regulation
