Kelayakan
- A flexible role of either leading from the kitchen or front of house.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin.
- Prior experience in cafe/restaurant management or F&B operations is preferred.
- Whether you are an aspiring chef or service manager, we will ease your path into our operations.
- We are a close-knit team of English and Mandarin speakers. If you are one, you will fit right in. (Locals only)
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and customer service.
- Passion for food, beverages, and customer service.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency and brand growth.
