Kelayakan
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and use IT to inform marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and working in a team environment.
- Ability to keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Tanggungjawab
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Creating and managing content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and website.
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimizing website content and structure for search engines and user experience.
- Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising.
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and partners to expand the brand's reach.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to continually improve results.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Managing and maintaining the marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
