Kelayakan
- Minimum diploma holder in relevent field.
- Minimum 2 years of work exp.
- Advance level Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software (Excel / Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Tanggungjawab
- Managing office operations and administrative support functions
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing the outsourced team.
- Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in maintaining and monitoring SLA
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Follow-up and update current job status.
- Assisting in project coordination and management
- Providing support to senior management as needed
