Account Administrator

Basic Financial Knowledge (AutoCount)

  • Familiar with account management related financial processes and basic knowledge, capable of handling account-related tasks such as billing, payments, and reconciliation.

Attention to Detail

  • Account management involves a large amount of data and records, requiring a high level of attention to detail to ensure all account data is accurate and consistent.

Time Management and Multi-tasking Ability

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them within the specified time, especially tasks related to accounting cycles and customer service.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in office software (such as Excel) and accounting management software or financial systems, capable of performing data analysis and generating reports.

Communication Skills

  • Able to maintain good communication with customers, suppliers, or team members, responding to and resolving account-related issues promptly.

High Responsibility and Confidentiality

  • Since account management involves sensitive financial data, account administrators and required to have a high sense of responsibility and maintain confidentiality when handling related information.

Tanggungjawab

Sales Administration Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and messages to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with existing client to maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Actively seek new customer leads to support the achievement of company sales targets.

Account Administrator Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices.
  • Prepare delivery order (DO), purchase order (PO), sales order (PI), and other related documents,
  • Handle customer bills, invoices, and payment records, ensuring timely issuance and accurate receipt of payments.
  • Process the transfer of purchased goods.
  • Manage collections to ensure timely receipt of payments.
