Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a preferred
- Candidate possesses at least a Degree or above
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the media industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience working with advertising agencies, brands, or media buyers.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, OTT platforms, and emerging media trends.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media industry, including advertising, content partnerships, sponsorships, digital media, and the new media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and teammate.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, production) to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor industry developments and stay updated on emerging media platforms and technologies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
