Kelayakan
- Diploma in Accounting or Professional qualification in accountancy.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an Executive role.
- Knowledge of SQL, UBS will be an advantage.
- Must be able to communicate bilingually English and Mandarin are required.
- Candidate must be independent, proactive, resourceful, detailed, and able to work hands-on under tight deadlines.
- Own transport will be an advantage.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (include 1 hour break)
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for full sets of accounts for a few entities.
- Familiar with accounting standards, and filling procedure.
- To perform monthly bank reconciliation.
- To submit management report as per dateline.
- To update monthly ageing report.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- To assists superior as when required.
- To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
