Kelayakan
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail or F&B environment.
- Proficient in full set accounting and able to independently manage financial reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare monthly P&L statements, expense reports, and sales reports.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or others).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Full Set Accounting – Responsible for handling full set accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Monthly P&L Statements – Prepare and analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements for each branch every month.
- Expense & Sales Reports – Generate and review monthly expense and sales reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial Compliance – Ensure all financial transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.
- Cash Flow Management – Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Liaison with Auditors & Tax Authorities – Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions when necessary.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for business planning.
- Other Accounting Duties – Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
