Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Able to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays (weekdays off).
- Able to work on shift basis.
- Work experience as Front Desk, Receptionist, or similar role is an added advantage.
- Intermediate computer literate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Professional and pleasant personality.
- Good customer service attitude.
- Good schedule management.
- Good organization and time management.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally.
- Arrange customers booking.
- To promote wellness packages and products to customers.
- Handle customer complaint with care and professional manner.
- To maintain cleanliness of front desk counter and outlets.
- Handle outlet’s administration tasks.
- Handle cash, sales transactions and ensure accurate daily sales record.
- Responsible for stocks inventory and accurate stocks record.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
