Kelayakan
- Candidate must at least minimum 3 years HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll processing. Proven experience in high-volume hiring and talent acquisition.
- Fluent in Mandarin , English, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Tanggungjawab
- Planning and organizing procedures for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer and dismissal of staff.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and legislation relating to employees’ rights, health and safety, equal opportunity and related concerns;
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Representing the enterprise or organization in dealings with employee bodies.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment documents.
