Kelayakan
- 2+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, preferably in sustainable or corporate gifting industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing competitive pricing.
- Familiarity with ESG and sustainable product sourcing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Adaptability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Tanggungjawab
Sourcing & Procurement
- Source and evaluate eco-friendly, sustainable materials, and corporate gifting products that align with ESG guidelines.
- Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
- Work closely with the sales team to source customized products for client projects and campaigns.
- Stay updated with market trends and innovations in sustainable materials.
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term procurement success.
- Ensure supplier compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations to maintain quality control.
Inventory & Logistics Management
- Manage incoming shipments to ensure timely deliveries for project deadlines.
- Maintain an accurate inventory database and update stock levels proactively.
- Work with the operations team to streamline procurement processes.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to procurement SOPs and company purchasing policies.
- Continuously improve sourcing efficiency and suggest innovative purchasing strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.
Communication
- Prefer candidate who is fluent in mandarin speaking and writing
